Form Stagers

Realtor Partner Program

Introductory working terms for realtors and brokerages.

1. Purpose

Form Stagers offers one point of contact for selected home staging, pre-listing cleaning and exterior property-preparation services.

2. Starting a project

A realtor may introduce a project verbally. Work begins only after the property address, services, price, paying party and scheduled date are confirmed in writing.

3. Pricing

Every property is quoted individually. Starting prices are estimates. Final pricing depends on size, condition, access, requested services, supplies, travel and time required.

4. Partner pricing

Volume or repeat-project pricing may be considered case by case. Any benefit applies only when recorded in the property-specific quotation; no automatic discount is promised.

5. Referrals

The introductory program does not pay referral commissions or provide undisclosed financial benefits. Any future referral arrangement would require separate written approval and compliance with applicable brokerage and disclosure requirements.

6. Client choice

Homeowners remain free to choose their service providers. A realtor introduction does not make Form Stagers the exclusive provider.

7. Payment responsibility

The written quotation will identify whether the homeowner, realtor or brokerage is responsible for payment. The invoice is issued to that paying party.

8. Access and changes

The customer must arrange lawful property access. Schedule changes, cancellations and additions to the work must be communicated promptly and may affect price or availability.

9. Photographs

Project photographs are used for records. Form Stagers will request permission before using identifiable property photographs for public marketing.

10. Final confirmation

The property-specific written quotation and approved scope control if they differ from this program summary.
